Leading leisure airline Monarch is boosting its services from Bodrum to the UK with the launch of new scheduled flights this summer. Flights are available to book now via www.monarch.co.uk with fares starting from only €84 one way including all taxes and charges.

The new flights for summer 2011 include:
• Bodrum – Manchester, 2 flights per week (launches 02 May)
• Bodrum – London Gatwick, 2 flights per week (launches 23 May)
• Bodrum – Birmingham, 2 flights per week (launches 23 May)

These flights have been added to Monarch’s existing scheduled services London Luton, which launched last May.

Commenting on the launch of the new flights from Bodrum, Managing Director of Monarch Airlines, Kevin George said, “We are delighted to be boosting our Bodrum programme with new flights to Birmingham, London Gatwick and Manchester in addition to our existing services to London Luton. This now means that we will operate eight flights per week between Bodrum and the UK and have 86,000 seats available this summer season enabling more customers to take advantage of Monarch’s great service and low fares.

“The onboard service offered on Monarch’s scheduled flights, which includes pre-allocated seats as well as extra legroom seating and a range of hot and cold food is over and above the levels provided by most low fare airlines and is perfectly suited for longer flights such as those to the UK.”

Monarch operates scheduled flights from Bodrum to Birmingham, London Gatwick, London Luton and Manchester, as well as from Dalaman to Birmingham and London Luton, and Antalya to Manchester. In addition to year-round low fares, Monarch also offers a great range of products and services both on the ground and inflight.

All customers are allocated a seat at check-in but for those wishing to select where in the cabin they sit to ensure that families and groups are seated together, seats can be pre-booked from €10.99 per one-way flight. For customers looking for added comfort, extra legroom seats are also available offering up to six inches of extra space from only €30.99.

Customers travelling on scheduled flights can also avoid the queues at the airport and take advantage of online check-in, which is available between 18 days and 4.5 hours prior to departure.
